These Terms of Service apply when you visit or purchase from Good Miles Pet Co. By using this store, you agree to these terms and to our posted policies.

Store use

You may use this store only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, submit false information, or attempt unauthorized access.

Products and orders

We work to describe products, colors, sizes, prices, and availability accurately. Screen settings and supplier updates can cause reasonable differences. We may correct errors, update information, limit quantities, or cancel an order when a product is unavailable, pricing is incorrect, or fraud is suspected. If we cancel a paid order, the affected amount will be refunded.

Payment

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and order information. Payment is due when the order is placed and is processed by the payment methods shown at checkout.

Pet safety

Choose products that are suitable for your pet's size, health, and behavior, and supervise use when appropriate. Vehicle tethers should be attached to a properly fitted harness, not a collar. Unless a product page expressly states otherwise, a travel accessory is not represented as crash-tested or safety-certified.

Intellectual property

The Good Miles Pet Co. name, branding, site copy, and original store materials may not be copied or used commercially without permission.

Third-party services

Shopify, payment providers, carriers, and fulfillment partners may provide parts of the store and order process. Their services can be subject to separate terms and availability.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Good Miles Pet Co. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the store or products. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this store. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
