How long will my order take?
Most U.S. orders are expected to arrive in 5–11 business days after 1–3 business days of processing. Delivery estimates can change during busy periods, bad weather, or carrier delays. We will email tracking details as soon as they are available.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact us as quickly as possible. We will try to help, but changes and cancellations are not guaranteed once a supplier has started processing the order.
How do I choose the right size?
Use the dimensions and fit guidance on the product page, then compare them with your pet. Measurements are more reliable than breed or weight alone. If your pet is between sizes, contact us before ordering.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange the appropriate replacement or refund.
How do returns work?
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for an unused item in its original condition. Contact us before mailing anything; we will provide return instructions and the correct return address after approval. Return shipping is generally the customer's responsibility unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Are pet car tethers crash-tested?
Our adjustable car tether is intended to help limit roaming during ordinary rides. Attach it to a properly fitted harness, never a collar. It is not advertised as crash-tested or safety-certified and is not a replacement for a certified vehicle restraint system.
Is shipping free?
Yes. Standard shipping is free on U.S. orders with no minimum purchase. Allow 1–3 business days for processing, then an estimated 5–11 business days in transit. Read our shipping policy before ordering for a time-sensitive trip.
Does the tracker collar include an AirTag?
No tracking device is included. Check the package selector and contact us before choosing an option marked set or set1. A holder does not track your pet on its own.
Can a pet ride inside the travel organizer bag?
No. The 6-piece travel bag set is for supplies. For a pet carrier, check the carrier dimensions against your pet's measurements and contact us for fit help.
