Where we ship

Good Miles Pet Co. currently ships within the United States.

Processing and delivery

Orders are normally processed in 1–3 business days. Free Standard Delivery usually takes an additional 5–11 business days after processing. Business days exclude weekends and major holidays.

Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, customs checks, and unusually high order volume can affect arrival times.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to begin showing movement.

Address changes and delivery problems

Check the shipping address carefully before placing your order. Email GoodMilesPetCompany@proton.me as soon as possible if it needs to be changed. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins. If an order is returned because the address supplied at checkout was incomplete or incorrect, additional shipping charges may apply before it is resent.

If tracking shows no delivery after the estimated window has passed by 5 business days, contact us with your order number and we will help investigate.
